Hydraulic valves distribute the fluid along the circuit and allow to regulate its pressure or flow. Below you can take a look at the characteristics and types of hydraulic valves we have for sale
Non-return valves allow the fluid to flow only in one direction, blocking the flow in the opposite direction.
PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES
Pressure limiting valves prevent the pressure in the circuit from exceeding a certain value, discharging to a tank or to a lower pressure line.
PRESSURE REDUCING VALVES
Pressure reducing valves prevent the pressure in a part of the circuit from exceeding a certain value by cutting off the supply to that part of the circuit.
Flow control valves are used to reduce the flow rate to one part of the circuit by throttling the flow or diverting it to another part of the circuit. The simplest models are flow restrictors, while for more demanding applications we offer pressure compensated flow regulators.
HYDRAULIC SOLENOID VALVES
Hydraulic solenoid valves are used to control the direction of the flow by means of an electrical signal. Spool solenoid valves allow a higher flow rate, while poppet solenoid valves perform leak-free shut-off.
Logic elements according to ISO 7368 (DIN 24342) make it possible to build complex hydraulic circuits for high flow rates in a small space. In addition to supplying individual parts, we can also design and build a customised valve block for your application.
THREADED CARTRIDGE VALVES
Threaded cartridge valves allow building hydraulic circuits for medium flow rates in a small space. In addition to supplying single parts, don’t forget that we can design and build a customised valve block for your application.
DIRECTIONAL PROPORTIONAL VALVES
Directional proportional valves allow the direction and flow of the fluid to be controlled from an analogue signal. We have models with integrated amplifier (OBE) and we can supply separate amplifier cards for any proportional valve. We offer models with integrated amplifier (OBE) and with separate amplifier cards.
Servo-proportional valves are high performance proportional valves for use in closed loop control systems as an alternative to servo valves. Our most advanced model EATON AXISPRO valve allows CAN communication and can be configured with the free software EATON PRO-FX to access valve information, change valve parameters and even program closed-loop control of external cylinder position or force.
PROPORTIONAL PRESSURE CONTROL VALVES
Proportional pressure control valves allow controlling the pressure of the fluid with an electrical signal. We offer models with integrated amplifier (OBE) and with separate amplifier cards.
