Pump repairs<\/span><\/p>\n

We repair hydraulic pumps from any manufacturer. Of course, with original spare parts. Send us your pump and we will quickly provide you with a no-obligation quotation. If you accept the repair, the pump will be tested on our test bench before it is returned to you so that you can be sure that when you fit it to the machine it will work first time. We test and adjust it. If you need a report to document the repair or for traceability of your equipment, let us know and you will receive it with the pump.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Repair of proportional valves<\/span><\/p>\n

We also repair any proportional valve or servovalve, be it from an injection moulding machine, a press or a test bench. And whatever the manufacturer. Hydraulic cylinder repair<\/span><\/p>\n

Because the first thing we do is to test it to check the fault and above all to detect if there is any fault that you have not initially observed. Then we dismantle it, thoroughly check the condition of the internal parts and check the tolerances. We carry out all the necessary repairs (change of gaskets, lapping, grinding, chrome plating and machining) and we assemble it. Finally, we test it on our bench and send it to you. It’s as easy as that.<\/p>\n

Repair of hydraulic accumulators<\/span><\/p>\n
